One of the good things about this coronavirus era is that it allows us to examine our assumptions about how we do things and what’s possible for the future. That was the topic for a panel I did this week, “How Female Leaders are Changing the Leadership Model for the Future.” I was joined by the fabulous Surabhi Lal of Luminary and the panel was moderated by Leslie Grossman, an unmatched supporter of women leaders.Â
The panel was part of the Annual Power of Collaboration Summit that is held alongside the UN General Assembly each year. It was a fascinating discussion and another benefit of Covid times–you can watch from home!
